A sketch that i drew weeks back. A simple sketch with a smile on her face. Smiling not only changes a facial expression, but can also make the brain produce endorphins which reduce physical and emotional pain, and give a greater sense of well-being.
A natural smile produces characteristic wrinkles around the eyes - insincere people smile only with their mouth. Science has proved that the more you smile, the more positive reactions others will give you.
Laughter increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, which not only helping healing and improves circulation, it also expands the blood vessels close to the skin's surface. It can also lower the heart rate, dilate the arteries, stimulate the appetite and burn up calories. That why laughter is the best medicine.
Btw smiling and laughter are contagious. Scienties believes there is a "mirror neuron" in the brain that triggers responsible for the recognition of faces and expression and causes an instant mirroring reaction. Try this
But sadly, the older we become, the more serious we become about life. An adult laughs an average of 15 times a day, a preschooler laughs an average of 400 times!.
So we have to learn to relax and live a life full of laughter. Wondering if it can be done?

Lately i saw the trailers for the movie, but there is yet to have any news regarding the on screen date of this movie in other country. If you had read the manga, each of them have their own idea of justice. It's so hard to decide who is right and who is wrong. So who will u side? Light Yagami/ Kira (夜神月) or L (Ryuzaki/Ryuga)?
